It is our firm belief that learning occurs only when learner becomes free from ego and prejudices. We also believe that discipline does not mean as a matter of substitution of our ways to the students from outside by imposing power, rather it is from within the students themselves. A learned one is expected to be a leader of the society. He has some expectations on them. In this concern, KIT seriously expects high moral and ethical standard from its students.
Regarding the rules and regulations of CTEVT, a minimum of 80% attendance is expected in all subjects. It is compulsory for the students to meet criteria. Those who cannot meet this requirement, KIT may not be the right place for them.
All the assignments and internal evaluation of the students will be taken by the concerned subject teachers. A minimum of two exam assignments and assessments in each subject will be taken under the standard norms and practices of exam system. Students are expected to submit their assignments in time. However, students will be assessed on their disciplinary attitude, personal grooming, health and fitness too.
College uniform is essential for all the students. Students without college uniform will not be allowed to enter the college.
Books are the most important part in technical education. Library may not suffice with all necessary books to all the students. Students may depend on library for the referential books. Hence, students are recommended to buy the required books themselves.
